Clean and comfortable, air conditioning was quiet, amazing shower.
Breakfast was the same every day and the coffee was grainy, not as nice as other hotels on our Rio holiday. Pool was murky and not inviting.

Security was good, and the cleaning staff was friendly and thorough.
There were two staff members at the front desk that were very unfriendly, and we could hear them speak badly about us in Portuguese right in front of us (strange that they thought we couldnt understand just because of where we are from). Also, on booking.com, the property lists having a fitness center and a restaurant. However, the three machines in the fitness center do not work well. The restaurant is only a buffet open for breakfast. The wifi was not stable - I had Zoom classes to do online which would crash constantly on the wifi. They also charged us $75 USD to do one load of laundry, and they refused to tell us the price beforehand. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

The location was fine, but this building is old. I didnt like any of the amenities they provided.
Breakfast- egg always had the shell in it. Just a crappy work there.
Room- its not filthy. But I dont know if they even change the filter for AC. And bathroom ventilation is crappy.
Amenities: no iron for clothes, no coffee maker in the room. No microwave. Just nothing was prepared
Gym: nothing works..

The staff were wonderful. Front desk, to the cleaning staff to servers were really helpful and very accommodating especially for people who only speak English. Rooms were clean and modern. The location was literally one block walk to the beach and in a great metropolitan location. Close to restaurants, convenient stores, and banks with ATMs. Rooms were spacious. The free breakfast was robust... Great value and experience!
Minor items: shower head could've been stronger, laundry service was only Monday -Friday, elevators were small maybe 5 people max. Incredibly minor issues.
Only thing that could turn people off is you're in Copacabana, not Centro or Lapa. It's going to be touristy and a bit of a ride if you want to get a different type of Rio experience. But you won't be disappointed with your stay.

Our room was spacious and clean with room to unpack and also sit and relax. The location is fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately for us it's a dog friendly hotel, we had a yapping dog in a neighbouring room and the sound travelled straight through the aircon vent.

Very nice hotel in one of the best locations of Rio de Janeiro. The area around is very safe even in the evening. 5 min to Copacabana beach makes it a perfect location. The staff is very helpful and rooms are large and clean.
