Breakfast in the morning is very good. The location is very good. The room is very comfortable. You don’t hear noise from the hallway. This time we did not hear noise from the adjacent room. Most of the staff was wonderful.
We had two separate reservations, one following the other. When we tried to check in the guy, couldn’t understand that we wanted to connect the reservations so we didn’t have to change rooms. I had emailed the hotel about this previously, but never got a response.

The stay was very comfortable, with pleasant rooms and a helpful, friendly staff always willing to assist.
However, the pool was not available for use, as the water temperature was not suitable to enjoy at night.

When it rained heavily, water was pouring into the room, loudly enough to wake up out of sleep. Told one of the receptionist and it was like he didn’t care problem was never fixed. Wi-Fi was absolutely poor. Never fully connected or stayed connected

The crew was very polite and helpful. The location is a plus: in the heart of Copacabana!
The internet sucks! The wifi signal is unstable and the connection is too slow. If you are planning to work with videoconferencing, forget it!

It’s the best place to stay for a couple of nights as the location was great to walk to the beach, shopping and enjoy the food

Great rooftop area with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff ready to assist with any matter. Good location just a 10 minute walk from the Copacabana beach. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Wifi did not work at all in our room, and the issue was not resolved throughout our stay. The refrigerator in our room was dirty and smelly and there was a bottle left behind. Hot water was spotty. There were not enough electricity sockets in the room. The overall feel of the room was a bit damp and stuffy - not quite what you would expect from a 4* hotel.
