Disappointing
The location of the hotel is great - just next to the Copacabana. It is also close to many other sightseeing spots by taxi. The breakfast is nice. The rooftop is amazing.
The check-in was a nightmare, staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and did not care about us. They said our room is not ready - in the meantime they checked-in at least 10 other people. The room was outdated, dirty and not close to 4 stars. The rooms do not meet the pictures at all. Further, the hotel needs a deep renovation. I can not recommend that place for the price point and I would not come again.

Rooftop pool bar and shower pressure. Room was clean and a good size.
Time to check in was over 35minutes with only one couple in front of us. Evening staff were not as competent as day staff.

Not much. The only good thing is the location.
The rooms smell like urine. The rooms are dirty. The floors are filthy. The beds were dirty. No coffee machines on room. States on website that it does. Staff unhelpful and unresponsive. Asked for an iron. Still waiting 24hrs later. Day 3 and still not resolved. They moved us the first night but still the cleanliness wasn't great. Been trying to speak to a manager but everytime reception tell me they aren't in till following day.

The first room was a better and modern room but the balcony door was broken and we ask to be moved to a safer room and the second room was outdated and not in a good condition

Amazing location, great facilities and nice staff. The pool at the rooftop was very nice, and the gym had the basic necessities. Good breakfast with many different options.
The last two days there were hammering and drilling in the room next door, construction work. Weren't given any heads up that there was going to be any work done on these days, otherwise it wouldn't have been a problem.

I loved the closeness to the beach. It was super easy to get to Copacabana and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally the staff was extremely helpful, especially Felipe
I think the hotel could use some renovation for the rooms and the other facilities because it made some areas look unclean

Proximity to the Beach
Not enough lightning in the room, bad bathroom ventilation. No space to clean the sand off my feet before entering the hotel. The pillows were old, the floor was tearing apart in our bedroom. Needs to update itself! No toaster at breakfast and very little gluten free options. Staff was very kind

Excellent location, cozy roof top area and bar, very helpful and kind staff, good breakfast.
Room: bit on the small side and wear and tear shows, bed with no top mattress so pretty hard/uncomfortable sleeping experience. Balcony door could not be locked, but was fixed as soon as it was notified.
