The hotel is right across the street from the Copacabana beach. That made it so easy for us to really enjoy every second we could. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop pool and bar were great
The mattress is my room was a bit hard. Everything else was perfect.

The location is good, staff is very good too. The fridge in our room was not working at first, but they sent a tech right away and fixed the issue. The hotel itself is not new, but it is clean, no smell, rooms are quite large

Very small room, air conditioning leaked. Room service didn't work for a few days, even though we asked them to clean it later. Someone broke into our room while we were sleeping.

The spacious room, the amazing view, the rooftop swimming pool and the nice personnel.
The noise at night (the waves strongly breaking). Even though I was in a 12th floor, it made it hard to keep a long sleep.

The hotel is close to the beach what's good. The rooftop pool is great. The room had a decent size. Breakfast was good.
We arrived at the hotel around 10 am. on the day we were supposed to check in. The front desk person promised us to give us access to the room once it was ready, but it never happened.
He gave rooms to everyone who was supposed to check in on that day at 3 as soon as they arrived at the hotel... except to us.
In addition to that, the common areas were dirty, really dirty.
In the room, there's a blue light on the ceiling always on, very uncomfortable.

Amazing staff, excellent location (you have 2 supermarkets near and a lot of stores) comfortable beds, good rooftop meal prices, nice pool and super clean hotel. Everyone working at the rooftop area are extremely nice and helpful, happy to serve and to give you tips, that’s really amazing! Billy and company at the rooftop bar are incredible! as same as Sousa and company at the breakfast area. The best asset of this hotel are the staff, definitely!
Check in is super slow, 15-20’ just to register and pay. Previous bed type requirements were not fulfilled but room location and view were as requested. They don’t have spa or any relaxing treatments if you want to rest and chill.

I usually don’t rate stuff, because I don’t have much time in my hands, but not Pestana. I had to stop just to tell you how amazing the staff is, they make you feel eight at home and they will work with you, and I’m hard to please, until you have your needs met. And for that they are a 10!

Convenient location. Room is clean. We have rear view which can peak the beach. Rooftop has better view.
This hotel is constantly busy, so the atmosphere can be a bit hectic in all public areas, especially during breakfast. Business guests are mixed in with vacationers, which makes it feel less relaxing. Unfortunately, we arrived on a day of constant rain in Rio, and the hotel didn’t have any umbrellas available for guests to borrow.
