Our room was wonderful with an amazing view. The staff were so helpful + friendly. Lots of elevators so no waiting around. Free sunbeds and parasols on the beach for hotel guests.
The lobby bar closed for refurbishment on our second day. We weren't aware this was going to happen + we're disappointed as we always enjoy a nightcap in the lobby bar.

The wait staff were nice but service was very slow.
No water provided to brush your teeth. Had to buy water.

All the amenities, great for big groups y that are trying to socialize and have fun
I wish the rooms were a little cleaner, the fridge in my room was leaking, and the towels were really old, so were the sheets. They also took the comforter and never brought it back leaving us with a sheet only

Unfortunately the rooms assigned in the begging were the wrong ones and one of the beds was in a bad state.

Stuff was always helpful.
1. The hotel was dirty and old, and I had insects in my room throughout my stay.
2. The area around the pool was also dirty and unclean, particularly the walls.
3. There were no prices listed for the minibar, leaving me uncertain if it was free or not. As a result, I ended up with a hefty bill, assuming that in a 5-star hotel, bottled water would be complimentary.
4.There were long lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff, were incredibly slow.
5. English-speaking staff were scarce, especially at the poolside restaurant, making communication difficult.
6. The hotel collaborated with a tour company that was untrustworthy and attempted to scam us.
7. We had arranged for airport transfer with the hotel's driver, and at the last minute, they canceled without any prior notice.
Overall, it was the worst hotel I have ever been to, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
