I wish the beds were more comfortable. I appreciate proper beddings. It was ok, could have been more comfy and cozy like a luxury hotel.

Room was horrible!!! Whether you have ocean views or practically no windows at all you pay the same rate which seems ridiculous
Many issues with the room, one of which included a toilet which didnt work - they sent maintenance up 3 times and still had issues however refused to change my room
My experience was not worth the $$ at all

One of my friends left her necklace on the nightstand and shortly after leaving the room, it was gone. She tried to get it back and it didn't show up, the hotel didn't respond.

The hotel is a good choice for trip in Rio. The breakfast is excellent. Cleanliness is very good. The hotel is meters from Copacabana beach, Ipanema is also nearby.
I can't point to any negatives.

Very good location, very comfortable room, good breakfast, good wifi
I could not get a receipt for my stay. The entire price was charged to my credit card a month and a half earlier, but no "normal" receipt at check-in nor check-out. This is rather unreasonable. I stayed in this place before and there had been no such problem then.
