Staff was rude. Everything was very old and had a dirty aspect. Breakfast was poor. Blankets were pre-historic and very uncomfortable.

For rio the price was good and the staff was very nice when we were where guests.
Left my suitcases in the stairway for a few minutes, when we came back we discovered the hotel guys took them, they demanded that we pay a fine, afterwards i texted the hotel about something I couldnt find and asking maybe the cleaner found it, they didnt bother answering for more than a week

Rooms were dirty, the toilet was blocked the entire time, the staff were incredibly rude and we felt unsafe. Facilities very dirty and run down. Not a 4* hotel whatsoever
