Beautiful location and amazing staff. Spacious room. The hotel restaurant had great dinner, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The area is walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and any amenity you would need. Some of the most accommodating and responsive hotel staff I have ever encountered!

Excellent location, very comfortable room, great bed and linens. Very good breakfast and beach service.
The elevator is the slowest one I’ve ever seen. It takes a very long time to arrive, and you wait approximatedly 5 minutes everytime you call it. Also, it's the same elevator used by the staff, so, sometimes it arrives full with service carts, so you cannot enter. The shampoo provided is also not very good and doesn’t clean the hair properly. In addition, the cleaning staff talk very loudly right outside the rooms in the morning, waking guests up and making it hard to fall back asleep. Their phones also keep ringing and receiving messages with loud notification sounds, which is quite annoying. The price feels a bit high for what is offered, but I believe it’s in line with standard rates in Rio.

We had a lovely one-night stay. After our flight was cancelled, the staff welcomed us warmly. Thank you Nicolas Cesar, assisted by Tiago Barbosa. Nicolas even upgraded us to a beach-view room. Great butler service too! The airport transfer was smooth. Truly appreciated.

Great location- across from Ipanema beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops and was safe area
Nice roof top deck with great views, small heated splash pool, bar and chairs.
Clean good sized rooms with comfortable beds.
Good breakfast was included- fair amount of options to choose from. Great brownies!
The staff were hit and miss except for Nicolas at the front desk who as always helpful, polite and solution driven.
The front desk was understaffed at some times especially during check-in which was not fair to staff or guests.
While our room was ocean fruit there was no balcony and no floor to ceiling windows so could not appreciate the beauty of the beach from your room. The lack off balconies seems the norm at hotels in Ipanema and Copacabana,
The price was very high which is the norm for beach front at Ipanema and Copacabana,

Location was great! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and market. Staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. Beach was steps away and breakfast was excellent. Perfect way to start each day! No complaints!

I had an iPhone charger stolen from my room. It was a model 15 charger.
When I reported it to Pablo, he told me that the only thing he could do was send someone to help me look around the room and I had to report it to the police station. It was embarrassing and disappointing. He also said that because it was Saturday night, he couldn’t look at the cameras and that it didn’t make sense that someone stole my charger… But it does make sense since there are so many boys stealing phones on the streets. And since they steal the phones, they need chargers, which leads me to believe they stole mine. Although, when I told another worker at the front desk, he said he would bring it up to the manager.

Amazing location, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Right across from the beach. The staff was very friendly and the view was incredible. We loved the breakfast and the restaurant.
There are only two elevators so we frequently had to wait a while for it.

Perfect location in Ipanema. The breakfast should be more rich in vegetables...there were not any of them, a real pitty. The view either the sea or the mountain are very nice.
The lack of vegetables at breakfast. A welcome bottle of water in the room should be standard.
