clean , hot powerful water, location , English speaking at front desk
they recommend a pirate cruise but no brochure with what comes with it , No itenerary etc . we enjoyed it but they said bus ride was 2 1/2 to 3 hours but failed to tell you that that was after over an hour picking up everyone else in city at hotels and switching to another bus .

The location is quite convenient. Close to Copacabana and Ipanema beach. Many restaurants and supermarkets around. Close to a metro station. The staff and the manager were very friendly and kind
The are some noise in the room because of the air conditioning and when flushing the toilet either yours or the neighbour's. the bed sheets and towels were kind of tanned. Overall, everything was good

Racism = you can have guests as long as they are not black
Hidden charges - water should be complementary, instead they dont tell u and overharge you for small cups at end
The maid took some cover during cleaning and then the receptionist complained its missing

Wonderful
We had an executive suite with spa bath, which was amazing and great value. Location is perfect, near lots of shops, restaurants, bars and the metro. The staff were great, particularly the older German chap on the desk, who gave us one of the best welcome to hotel ever, very polite and helpful. Good breakfast.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to both Ipanema and Copacabana. Great breakfast, comfy beds and good wifi.
Staff werent very friendly except for one lady who was great.

Breakfast was good but the same every day. Perfect location close to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.
The hotel was in its best shape around 20 years ago: lots of things are old and malfunctioning. Very noisy. Unhelpful arrogant staff.
