Location was very convenient. The property manager Cynthia was very nice. I appreciated them allowing us to leave our bags with them after check out.
There was an emergency water outage that caused us to be out of water for over 12 hours. Water bugs got into the apartment very quickly and the beds werent all that comfortable. Lastly, they only gave us one complimentary toilet roll for a 10 night stay!

I stayed in a very nice apartment in Copapahana. The host is very nice and helpful, she waits at me at the door and gives me the key. Credit card payment is accepted. You will have the whole apartment for yourself, with all things included, two beds, air-conditioning, kitchen, TV and super fast internet. The apartment is very modern and clean. There is a security guard who opens the door for you 24/7. Food delivery is possible here too. They also allow me to deposit my luggage when checking out. The window is sound proofing so you don't hear the noise from the street
The old style elevator can be slow sometimes since I live on the 10th floor. The kitchen is not exactly designed well, for example, there is no place in the kitchen to put the toaster, if I want to do that, I need to put it on top of the cooking stove which can be dangerous. The microwave oven is so low hanging that it is super difficult to wash dishes without bumping my head.
