The location and the cleaning. The staff really cleans the place
The most uncomfortable and tiny room ever. This place has the smallest rooms the beds are outdated and if you are tall you barely fit. I would not recommend it as it expensive for how old it is. I asked to change room because of how bad the mosquitoes bites were from the first night die to my room location they offered a worst room.

Excellent location in the middle of Copacabana, close to the beach, restaurantes and shops. Very helpful staff.
The room was a little small, but very comfy.

The door and staff in general were very friendly, the hotel room was clean, the shower had a good pressure. Near enough to the metro and bus routes. I think it was good value for money for a short stay.
The wifi in my room (corner room) was very slow, having a fee to borrow cutlery was a bit of a poor touch but this is a very small detail.
