A very clean, spacious and yet cozy interior with one large living room, two bedrooms and a kitchen, with all amenities ready. Charlie the owner is very friendly and helpful in providing everything we need. Travel tips about Banff are accurate and informative. It is homely, just like we have lived in a Japanese family. This b&b is located in Canmore, a great place used as a base to explore Banff National Park, its more affordable and less busy.

I used to stay in hotels and motels during my past travel. This is the first I stayed in a private home BnB. Monach BnB exceeded my expectations! The hosts (Charlie & Satoe) are thoughtful and friendly. Their place is clean, accessible, and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The pool table within the premises was used as a family bonding activity. Overall, it feels like being at home while on the road!

Charlie and his wife were most welcoming the thoughtful. Their homemade breakfast each morning was exquisite. The location is big enough for 6 people, so this place is ideal for families or small groups. If you're just a couple, you will have ample space for yourselves.
The location is in Canmore, so it you're going to the parks you will need a car. Banff is only 20-25min away. Lake Louise about an hour. But we spent our first night in Canmore; it's a cute town with lots to see, great views, and a beautiful art gallery.

Our entire experience was fabulous. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to stores, restaurants and the Canadian Highway. The hostess with the mostess (Satoe). The breakfast menu was delicious (Western & Japanese). We would highly recommend the B&B Monarch.
