The pool was nice when it wasn't too busy. Great location. Lots of parking.
The breakfast area was cramped & very busy.
The rooms needed upgrades and repairs. The door on our room had the security bar hanging off and the baseboard was missing from part of the room.
The reception desk staff were more interested in each other than the us, the guests,
The "complimentary" drinks & cookies were always empty.

Heating controls were lit up and I found the light disturbing during the night.

Can hear the traffic noice from the main road and noice from other rooms.

Location and price point.
The front desk staff were not friendly , did not make any effort to answer questions and were reluctant to refill pool towels when no towels were available . I have stayed here many times before and the service has deteriorated significantly
