The location. Self check in and out was easy and user friendly. I did have the call guest services a couple times and they were very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness - the dishwasher didn't work, the cutlery straight out of the drawer was dirty, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vaccummed, there were leftover items from other guests under the couch.
The bed in one of the rooms was big and quite comfortable. However the bed in the other room was small. I can't imagine two adults in that bed unless of course they don't mind snuggling all night. There weren't enough blankets for the sofa bed.
The toilet paper was one ply.
There were zero dishes that could go in the oven. The unit we rented was for 6 people but there weren't enough plates nor bowls for 6.

Location is excellent. Rooms and beds were very comfortable.
Kitchen chairs are old & the springs sag - my chin rested on the table. The living room chairs are cracked & old - one snagged & destroyed my pants. There are excellent pots, but no pans (for cookies or pizza). The walls havent been washed in ages.

Decent location, pillows were comfortable.
Main concern: next morning when we got up my one friend noticed there was old blood stains and what appeared to be urine stains on her sheets. We were given a 20% discount but still will not be staying there again. Similar price to other condos weve stayed at but not as nice and like come on non stained sheets is a basic requirement. They were clean apparently with an old stain but thats disgusting and sure 20% back is better than nothing but thats still unacceptable.
