Room was small with minimal furnishing, bathroom had no place to put personal stuff, a very squeeky floorboard meant that my roommate and any guests staying beneath us were awakened in the night when I got up to go to the bathroom. There was a strong mold smell in bathroom (reported to staff) coming from sink: not good for anyone with a mold allergy! Only one elevator, at extreme end of long hall - my room was the furthest at the other end. Frequent trains go through Canmore day and night just across the street from the Inn, so good earplugs are a must!

Very good location and staff were friendly.
Rooms need an upgrade and deep cleaning.
The rugs were very old and dirty and the bathroom toilet wasn't always working.

The room was well lit at night. The continental breakfast was excellent value for $5. Also the free snacks and wine on Friday night happy hour is a nice touch
I found the beds were too high on the pedestals.
