Beautiful property, well maintained, appreciated the easy check in and check out
It would be a great idea to supply some higher quality pillows that arent so high and hard. Neither of us could sleep with them. Also, even with the window wide open, the loft of the room was insanely hot. We had the window open and the fan going the whole night but it was like a furnace.

The absence of windows on the top level of the Lougheed room makes it challenging to have fresh air, particularly in winter when hot air rises and cold air lingers below.

It was a beautiful view from the room and the room was cozy and exactly like the photos. Good distance to things and had free parking and wifi. We forgot a corkscrew and they brought us one and a proper wine glass even.
Booking.con says they have an outdoor fireplace, this was the defining reason we chose this hotel and not the other one. They do Not have an outdoor fireplace. And the rooms dont have one either. And theres no hot tub.
