Beds in second room old/uncomfortable, especially single bed - mattress or box spring really low on one side; hurt my body.
Room was overlooking pool/hottib - super noisy - was like windows were open when they weren’t. Screaming kids, etc.

Location - the unit was spacious
The oven did not work - we realized as we were cooking our dinner and the cheese wouldn't melt. Called front desk and they appeared to be aware that there was something wrong with the sensor, would have been nice to know ahead of time so our dinner wasn't wasted.
Fridge water sensor needed to be replaced and dishwasher also needs repair.
The could was covered in long human hairs, very old and had tears in it. We covered them with sheets so we could sit on them.
The mattresses in the upstairs bedroom were so old that the springs would give out. The over all unit had a very strong musty/BO scent to it. The Lodge was sold out so no other units were available.

I was pleased with the comfortable bed, good location, and underground parking.
I did not like the bedroom which was a loft style. Also the upper window did not have any curtains and the sunlight was very bright early in the morning.

Location and value
The pre-check in communication was very limited. The property actually has a fully functional and helpful front desk on site. But that’s never communicated to us at any point. Because it’s listed as a condo/lodge, we were waiting and waiting for check-in instructions but never heard anything. Also there are some requirements for check-in, which are very standard but it’d be nice if that’s communicated ahead so that guests can arrive prepared.

Comfortable bed. Reasonably equipped Kitchen and bathroom. comfortable living room.
TV controls almost impossible to navigate. No instructions.
Very noisy hallways, especially with people checking in late.
Dangerous entrance to bathroom on upstairs bedroom, as it is right next to stairs. No night light to illuminate stairs-bathroom entrance. Easy to fall down stairs if needing to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without turning lights on.
Paint scrapes and chips on walls.
Toilet seat missing pads underneath.
Caulking around tub/shower controls very discolored, needs replacing.
