The apartment was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The outdoor hot tub was amazing. The view from our room was pretty great as well.
Check in was 5PM, which is an hour later than any other hotel I've ever stayed. On top of that, check out is 10AM which, again, an hour earlier than most. The bathroom door is a pocket door that doesnt close or lock, which was okay for us since there was only 2 of us but had we brought our kids, that wouldn't have made for the most comfortable stay. The front entrance had a constant beeping which you could hear clear as day from our balcony, which definitely didnt help with enjoying the view. The fireplace did not work, which was okay because even with the cool setting turned on, the apartment was still in between 22 and 25 degrees in November. We also tried to get to the games room to play a game of pool a few times during our stay but it was always packed so we didn't get to enjoy that benefit either. Our room was down a small hall that has another room in that hall, you have to open a door to get to our room door. That first door has a lock on it so every time we left the room we feared the people in the other room (who partied all night but thankfully we couldn't hear them once we went to the bedroom part of the apartment) would accidentally lock us out of the hallway to our room. Not the ideal set up. Overall, not worth the money when the Grande Rockies Resort is the same building and much cheaper.

Room was clean. Lots of towels and the in suite laundry was handy. Loved having a ground floor walk out. Little trail the kids could bike along within eyesight. Pool, hot tub and slide was a hit. Excellent walking location to shops and restaurants. Don't sleep on treats from lovelys, so delicious.
Kids pool was a bit on the cold side. Colder than the main pool which i found odd. Could have used a few more kitchen items - baking pan, flipper, frying pan.

Spacious rooms. Good facilities - laundry, kitchen etc. Only 20 mins from Banff
Not an issue but to be aware the building is managed by several different companies - try and find the correct reception desk :) also lots of warnings about charges, again, fine if you don’t cause damage or use the wrong towel etc

Spacious place that has full kitchenette and in-suite laundry/dryer machines. Convenient location to local shops.
Parking space can be a bit tight if your neighbor next lot has a large vehicle.
