Very Good
I like the location and hot tub / pool area
I have stayed in this place many many times but by far this was the least of my favourite units. The beds were not very comfortable, the coach was not a pull out sofa and there was not enough beddings. I asked for more but never got any. Paying $500 per night I am expecting a better service. We were also short of towels for bath and pool. The unit is dated. Also, only two bath robes for 6 people .

Wonderful
Huge 2 bed 2 bath apartment with full kitchen and washer dryer was very comfortable.
Location was good although a car would be necessary to access town easily. Overall very happy with this accommodation.
Nothing to complain about although the carpark was very dusty. In it's day a first class complex however showing it's age now but price was reflective of that.

Location was great
Hot tub and pool were too cold,, other guests said it was it was hot the previous day. There were only two wash cloths in the whole place which was a little odd.

Very complete. Comfortable beds.
Pool was being maintained and we got notice of that on the day of arrival. Apartment was not very clean. Two in kitchen leaked

We enjoyed the property very much while we stayed ! The pool was unfortunately under construction when we were visiting but the staff of platinum suites was very accommodating and granted us another night to stay due to the inconvenience.
Nothing was wrong !

Quiet. Hardly hear anyone
View from balcony.. beautiful. Rooms and unit are very well set up. Everything is very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy access to get in and out of the building and parkade.

Location, check-in check-out instructions are very clear. Good size of unit. Comfortable bed. Clean unit.
There were hairs in dresser draws. It could have been cleaned better. Towels and robes were still in the dryer.
