The room was cold, there was no outdoor hot tub as advertised, and the bathtub could have been cleaner.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. Good, clean and user-friendly accommodation with kitchenette. A great alternative to paying extortionate prices in Banff. We strongly recommend!
Everything was great, but if you want perfect luxury 5 star fittings and furniture then go elsewhere. However, we loved it - we had everything we needed, including changes of towels and cleaning every day.
