The room was pretty big and I had access to everything stove,fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, balcony with mountain views hugeee bath and shower!

The property is pretty good overall. Conveniently located near to the Town Centre, few mins drive by our car. The rooms we liked very much with amazing bedroom and shower. Staff was very friendly too and also helped us print our banff national park pass (not a big thing but goes a long way for sure).
It was inconvenient that the hotel had scheduled repairs for one day to begin with at the parkade (installation of parking door) which got extended to next day. We were asked to take out our cars before 9:30am which was very much inconvenient that it was stressing a bit to get up and move the car outside by that time.

The room was so big and spacious it felt like an Air BnB. Beds were huge and comfy, the shower was nice. Bath was pretty random with the water coming from the ceiling but I can live with that. Hot tub was chilled and the inbuilt speakers in all the rooms was a nice touch. Also the kitchen was super modern with all the cooking equipment we needed. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Location is good. Amenities also good.
I asked for my room to get made up after 3 nights stay and was told they dont do it, although the hangtag on the door specifically states they will make up the room after 3 nights. We stayed for 4 nights and didnt get our room made up once, a little disappointed by that from a comfort and cleanliness perspective.

Parking was easy, check in was smooth. Staff were great and kitchen was well stocked with equipment.. Helpful to have a washer dryer in the unit.
Room was starting to need some tlc (skirting board missing in places, chairs threadbare).

Heated floors in bathroom
The ventilation system all controlled by the total building. Air remained on thru 5. Was changed to heat in 6th. Fan blew constantly. Not comfortable temperature wise. No signsage so it was difficult to know where things were. Had to request soap as soon as we got to to room. Only two washcloths so had to ask for more. We were told that the room was not ready at 3 so we couldnt check in until 4. Seems not much was done to be ready at 4pm. Parking was under the building and had no garage door so had concern about safety.

The suite was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Free parking in underground carpark. Provided tea coffee washing up liquid dish washer tablets and washing powder and toiletries. Excellent location to explore from. Beautiful Mountain View from the balcony
The suite was dusty which could have been from work happening outside our lounge window. We woke up at 7:30 to 3 workmen right outside our suite windows. It all looks very dated and needs some refresh work. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain appears to have a blockage . The bath is so deep and has no rail to assist. We had a balcony but that was all cover in cobwebs and dust etc. the lounge chairs were no fit for use they need recovering or replacing. Also the fur rug on the bed is tatty and needs a new one.
