I have no idea. We had a breakfast with payment ? Where. If that’s the case and we missed it. I would like that added in the weekend of Jan 10 when I come again please
Well I would have given way better. But I got a hard time at front desk over my credit card name. I never had that issue at any other hotel that week while on vacation.
I also was sad to see the room showers did not work and the fireplace was noisy. Very loud!
The room was beautiful otherwise. I plan to return I hope The room will be fixed. Also the steam room was disgusting. Dirty. No towels in the bathroom down there. And it was not very tidy or clean in the women’s bathroom
I hope that improve. My daughter is coming in Jan. She is immune compromised

We have stayed here before and love the view and hot tubs.
The bed was uncomfortable and there were no hangers in the room to hang our outdoor winter wear. There was also a dog in a nearby room who barked incessantly.

Staff were helpful in finding us a new room after the first was was drafty and had an odd smell. They were also helpful answering our questions
Person that stayed next to us was yelling and loud at random hours of the night and the walls were thin. Even after notifying the front desk, he hardly calmed down. If he wasnt there it would have been much better, but its not really the hotels fault. But he was trying the door handle between our rooms (thankfully was locked) and talking on the phone on speaker phone so loudly you could clearly hear what the person on the other end of the line was even saying.
