Very clean and in a nice location, close to the town
Bed was super hard. It’s kinda crazy that you need to pay for wifi in 2025, should be like every other hotel where it’s complimentary.

Disappointing
It had a beautiful view and a great location close to hiking and biking.
The room was not maintained. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. There was a crack at the bottom of the mirror in the closet door of the bedroom. The coffee maker was missing a spring, so the coffee maker would leak coffee all over if you tried to pour a cup out before it was completely done brewing. The jets in the indoor hot tub didn't work very well and the sauna barely hit 95 degrees F.

Very spacious room. Kitchen and living area was nice.
No food available. They charge for wifi. The parking spaces are too narrow. Not enough parking.

Wonderful
The hotel was great; it offered a large room, kitchenette, pool/hot tub and friendly staff. The hotel is in a nice quiet nature setting, so you do have to drive about 5 minutes to get to town.

Nice big, private and clean rooms. The evening entertainment area with a TV and pool table was also a nice little feature
There was no bin the kitchen for rubbish. Everything had to be placed in the bathroom bin

The room was very spacious and provided all the necessary facilities to be self catering. The location was close to Canmore centre and good parking
