Location
The apartment Suite was old, rundown, tired and not well kept. Several basics were missing like tissue, wash cloths etc. Half the lights did not work or were burned out. The property description led one to believe there were two bedrooms with associated baths. This was not true. There is only one full bathroom and one half bath. One of the bedrooms had an open window to the interior hallway. NO PRIVACY! Finally, the balcony was an unmitigated disaster. Not at all Swiss.

The building and facilities were outdated and no amenities. Should not be listed or ranked as a 4 star hotel!
No air conditioning, no fridge, no nice towel, small room, metal window shutters closed. No security for lobby or elevator.

room was very small more like broom cupboard. Only electric point was in bathroom so no good for laptop or camara. water only just warm after long wait running tap.

Nice rooms. Comfy bed.
Very strick receptionist. Does not give small compromise. We are only 20 mins into check in time and they refused to check us in, as we have to wait for the time.

It is very close to the Lucerne Train Main station
No hot water for my shower.
I watched TV drama until around 3:30 AM in the morning and wanted to take a shower before bed but the hot water was only lukewarm and NOT hot enough for my shower. I called the front desk twice but got no answer. I got up early in the morning around 6 am and tried again but the hot water got COLD overnight. I did talked to the front desk and the guy at the front desk told me a technician will be there soon and the hot water will be available in an hour.. But I couldn’t wait as I had planned to go to Mt Pilatus.
I think I deserve some compensation. Not taking a bath makes me very uncomfortable the entire day.
