The hotel is in a good location and close to a major shopping mall. Staff is very pleasant.
Room is a bit dated and certain areas such as floor, window and wall need deeper level of cleaning.

In general the building is kind of old, bathroom is nice in pictures but requires deep cleaning, specially the shower cabin. Compared to Crowne plaza lido, U-town one is less attractive with no good odor as Lido one and smaller fitness and pool.

Breakfast was great and the people there are so friendly with a smile. Location is good and the shopping mall next door provided many food outlets and shopping opportunities.
Pricing is high and no discount for a long stay.

The location of the property is really great. We are vegetarians so it was good to see vegetarian options available at the breakfast. The staff is helpful and there were many who knew english.

The breakfast was nice. Lots of options and the coffee was great!
The bed was quite hard for a hotel. Staff did not come to clean my room until after 3pm when I finally rung them. The floors weren't very clean, as I found long strands of dark hair on the bottom of my slippers and my black pants picked up a lot of dirt when I walked across the carpet. The lighting in the room was not good at all. Some lights didn't work and the ones in the bathroom were so dim it was useless to do personal grooming.
