Love the ambience filled with traditional flair yet balancing with modern fixtures. Location is right within the city center luxury belt GUO MAO. Location is convenient with both Line 1 and Line 10 subways. Extensive breakfast range... you'd find yourself taking a heavy brunch instead of a breakfast :)
Some of the staff at reception seem generally inexperienced. Could be because we arrived in the week when many have left for their hometown May holiday.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful interior and views from the room. The facilities were great. Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. James at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly.

The staff were alright.
So overpriced. People still smoke in their rooms so the corridors stink of cigarettes. Breakfast sub-par for the money you pay.
