The staff are so friendly especially the girls behind the bar. The hotel is beautiful and rooms comfy.
The set buffet in the evenings wasnt great for a vegetarian or if you just wanted a little meal - but we went out instead and had some lovely meals.

Location was central - about a 10 minute very pleasant walk from the Bund. Staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was very spacious, super clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic with such an amazing selection and all delicious
