King Superior Bund view room was superb in every way, with stunning river view. Staff could not have been more helpful. Superb hotel. We will be back.
Restaurants were ok, not fabulous. Breakfast was full of variety but not to our taste.

It was a great stay of two days. Very friendly staff, beautiful spacious hotel room, with fantastic view of the bund (we were lucky to get an upgrade of the room!) We also thank Eva for being a super helpful concierge during our stay.

My husband and I enjoy staycations in Shanghai. There are many wonderful hotels, particularly along the Bund. However, the Wanda Reign stands out as the most exceptional hotel at which we have stayed. The amenities, the decor and the view are all worth mentioning, but the friendly staff is what sets the Wanda apart from its competitors. We hope to return.

Its beautiful. Rooms are really nice. Breakfast is very good
When i was leaving at 6:45am and asked for luggage pick up i was told their staff comes in at 7 am duhh?? Then when someone came up to get my luggage she asked me twice if i paid already and i said yes. When we passed reception she asked them again if I paid. I have never felt such distrust!

The hotel is great if you're going to spend a lot of time in the hotel and/or travel around by taxi/DiDi. It is a longer walk to a metro station than some of the older/simpler hotels.

The hotel, concierge, and facilities are good.
Everyday I used shower cap and put it on my make up box. Hotel staff throw my shower cap but didnt fill the new one. The room temperature is rather hot. I adjusted a few times but took time about 3 hours every night before I could go to bed.

Wonderful
Wanda Reign on the Bund is a really great choice with probably the best possible location in Shanghai! The hotel is right at the Bund and just a few minutes walk away from the old town, Shanghai Old Street, Yu-Garden and other places you might want to visit. Everyone is trying hard to make your stay there as nice as possible. Special thanks to Dan Xu, Assistant director of room, he was extremely helpful and organised at our arrival lots of things to make our stay a real special one. We had nice room facing the river and loved the room, the service, the breakfast and all facilities that the lovely hotel offers. A special highlight is for sure the wonderful rooftop bar. Inside and outside you have amazing views as well as great service and a place you simply don't want to leave again. Food was also really nice at the rooftop bar. Last but not least my daughter ( 12 ) really enjoyed the massage chair with the fantastic view over the river in our room and the nice present she was given to when we left. Thanks for making our stay an unforgettable one!

Everything exceed beyond expectations, I couldn't pinpoint too many points. Lots of cool and smart features in the room. I'm a designer myself and I could deeply appreciate the details of work this hotel has put in to make sure everything are not only functional in their best way but seamlessly beautiful.
The iPad, which was essential for providing easy in room services and smart home controls, didn't work during our stay and because we were always back late we weren't able to get an IT person to come help with the iPad's network issues.
