Exceptional
We stayed at the villa for a week from 11th of August until 18th of August. The localisation of the villa is great with it being close to some markets as well as to the sea. The object itself is exactly as shown in the photos with a great pool outside of the villa just for our own use. One of the biggest advantages of choosing this particular object was certainly the staff, which was extremely helpful for us before and during our stay. We spoke with Yvonne and Lisa and we must say that they were eager to help us at all times no matter what questions we had. We, as a group, highly recommend the villa to everyone

Disappointing
The view from the villa is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous! The floor plan is well designed for a family vacation.
1. MIS-ADVERTISED AIR CONDITIONING! All air conditioning units in the house run on a 15-30-60 min timer. For anyone used to air-conditioning this is ABSURD! 1. We had to pay $100 per unit to change the setting; 2. $20/day PER UNIT! additional electricity cost! PURE ABUSE! 10 day stay $311/ per air conditioning unit! There are 4 units in the house! We had one fixed since the cost was ridiculous. This translated into waking up 6-7 times per night to turn the air on! Also during the day we had to constantly turn the air on in the living area. RIDICULOUS!!! PLEASE NOTE that we were traveling with a child with special needs who can't sleep if it is hot. Did not make a difference to the management team or the owner! The best they "could do" was to offer us this $311/unit option! 2. During 7 of the 11 days the noise was unbearable 7:30-16:30! A construction crew was breaking the rock in the lot in front of us. The whole house was vibrating and there was NO WAY to sit by the pool due to the noise and the dust. Even in the house, with all the windows and doors closed the noise was unbearable. 3. Pool was dirty on the side. Gross black line on 2/3 of the pool. Also the pool was loosing water which made us very nervous. Leaked water can cause liquefaction which can cause a pool to collapse. 4. The water in the the bathrooms was dangerously hot and very, very difficult to adjust. We could not allow our child to shower independently fearing severe burns. 5. The toilets! OH no paper in the toilet in a house!!! Let's say the garbage situation is not very desirable! Imagine having to walk all the bathroom trash to the garbage dumpster that is at the end of the street! Gross!

Very Good
Nice and spacious and very clean. Outside area, both the upstairs terrace and downstairs, was great to relax in. it was set in a nice quiet location (there looks like they are going to build something next to it but we werent disturbed), close to the sea with a lovely walkway. The air conditioning was great as were all the facilities; kitchen, tv, appliances (iron, hairdryers etc), furniture.
The management team were very helpful, they gave us some great advice especially the restaurant recommendation list and the number for a local taxi firm - these were great and were used several times - almost like our own personal service.
Would definitely recommend and use again if we ever came back.
The only suggestions Id recommend for improvement would be better quality (thicker) towels and perhaps a replacement of the Sun lounger cushions - there were 2 out of 6 and they looked a bit dirty. Other than that, everything else was fantastic.

Excellent location ( quiet area, sea proximity, nearness of beaches and tourist attractions) and very good value for money (enough space for six people, kitchen well equipped, very well maintained pool, nice host providing with all necessary details promptly)
