Everything! I travel a lot and rarely does a property exceed my expectations but this hotel certainly did. It is a classic, nice big rooms are tastefully adorned and it is situated directly across from the Grand Pupp ( for a fraction of the price). The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met - big shout out to the manager Tomas who genuinely went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. A very nice included breakfast to boot! Personally, can’t recommend it highly enough.
Nothing- after a raft of hotels, this one will be memorable.

Location was great, pretty commom areas, comfortable bed and soft bedding.
Our room had very dangerous shower stall door that you could either open only a bit or they would fall out. A picture from a set in the room was obviously missing, there were scuff marks on the wall in the room.

Highly recommended! Mold in the bathroom around the shower, no cleaning or replenishment of toilet paper during the 3-day stay. Holes in the sheets. View from the window to an unkempt yard with garbage. Overall, the hotel has a very neglected impression and does not correspond to the advertised 4 stars.

Very accessible, the staff is amazing, very accommodating especially the guy at the kitchen serving the breakfast, he is friendly and nice to chat with. Will definitely stay again when we have a chance

I had such a lovely stay here, the man on the front desk is so sweet and makes you feel at home. Everything was clean and comfy, and super close to everything you want to see in the town.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central pedestrian area of the city, where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and amenities. There is also quick access to the hills above Karlovy Vary, where you can walk in a picturesque forest.
Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel, the restaurant was quiet and not crowded. The hotel is cozy and we didn't have any issues.

Excellent location, easy to find and then to walk everywhere. Local town bus few minutes walking distance to catch if you don’t like to walk. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Very nice Room, separate bath room.

The location was great. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The suite with balcony on the first floor was beautiful.
When most of the guests come at the same time, it's difficult to find a table for breakfast. I would avoid the economy single room on the fourth floor.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center. We have booked an appartment located in the 4th floor and that was a unique experience with high ceilings and old furnitures. We felt really comfortable and the personal was really friendly
Really difficult to park the car since the hotel doesn't have parking spots
