We had a perfect vacation. Room was big and comfortable, the same can be said for the bathroom. The parking options were great and it was easy to access the city centre on foot.
There was plenty of tasty food for breakfast, but we would expect more choices from a four star hotel.

Great pool, sauna and the room itself.
Everything was great, but there was a receptionist who did not seem to know a lot about the hotel itself and spoke very quietly.
Examples: He wanted to charge my card again for the hotel even though it was done by booking (there was no malicious intention, but I spent 15minutes waiting for that to be resolved)
He gave me card to my room at 13:45, after cca 10seconds he asked me to return the card as he could only give it to me after 14:00.
Upon leaving the property I said 'have a nice day', his response was 'yeah, yeah'. (The communication was done in Czech, so it was not due to the language limitations)
I think such a nice hotel should have more Profesional receptionists.
Note that other receptionists were very nice to me.

Beautiful properties! Great work of housekeeping team, they are keeping the place spotless! Friendly staff at the swimming pool. I wish I could spend more time there!

Nothing to be honest, it was truly awful. From giving me the wrong address to the breakfast
All of it, wrong address, lied about parking, check in took forever as a long queue, not guidance to my room which was miles away in another building down corridors, horrific breakfast, the gate security threatened me with the police whilst I was unloading my luggage, horrible horrible horrible. Booked for 5 nights but cancelled at the check in

The Hotel was very clean,I had big room with balcony thaz I really liked, swimming pool was also nice,I had massage that was also very calming and good. All of the staff were very nice,including ladies at reception, only one young blonde at the reception was not.
Well, I saw that people were complaining about parking and it happened to me in a very bad way.Due to weather conditions I came very late, around 22 p.m and then was told they have no parking place for me.They send me in Hotel Therme to park my car for a 20 per a day,and I was walking 1.2 km at 23 p.m alone back to hotel.The young lady at reception told me they have no place,and I made no reservation, and that next day lots of guest are coming.Well I can tell you next day and day after parking was 90% free..So...I have to say this was very very bad way to treat a guest at hotel with 4 stars.
If they would be so nice to let me stay one night there on the parking, because it was late,and not to walk around in dark in the place I visited for first time and alone....then I would not complain...but this was very bad.
The other thing is I could not close my room becuse the lock did not work.It was only like metal chain to have some kind of feeling of safety.

Beautiful, old-world hotel. The rooms were also beautiful, clean and comfortable. We used the spa and sauna as well. The staff at check-in were very nice and helpful. Amazing value for money.
The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly, but I suspect this is more of a cultural thing.

The location is good, very central to the old town, although quite up the hill, the main building has it's charme like an old castle but a bit run down with a nice little green park
Not very organized _ major difficulties with English as staff dealing with guests is improper for a four star hotel _ the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning before 9 a.m. almost empty, liturally, as if hords of uncivilized people had have a run through, although the breakfast time is 8-10 a.m., even if Monday was better regards quantity, the overall quality and differentiation in offered food was not worthy of four stars at all _too few staff members to clean used tables for new guests at the restaurant/breakfast _longer waiting time to get into/off the pool/sauna because only one person on duty to hand out keys and towels, to ckean the pool area, to be available for medical aid and no bell or ringing system available _ too noisy at Georgy House Hotel as the walls were too thin, the rooms to echoing, the doors not soundproof but the hall/he floor was the main (underground) runway between the different buildings _ everythings seems to be prepared for mainly Russian guests = first language in all informations/signs
