We loved this hotel and our stay in Karlovy Vary. The location was wonderful, room extremely clean, swimming pool was great and so was the breakfast. Thank you for the great stay.
Check in took too long. We were tired from travelling and it seemed to take too long for check in. I provided my home address via booking.com but gentleman at front desk needed to enter it again for some reason. He also needed our passports and wrote down our passport numbers. Again, all very slowly. It all seemed to take too long. He had a printout of our information and room assignment before we got there and expected us at arrival. Suggest streamlining check in information you need so that it may go faster.

Breakfast not many options, hot food only egg and sausage. Location is on the top of the hill. Hardly can get Wi-Fi signal, the bathroom very old.

everything was good, except for the rudeness of the staff and a lack of parking administration. We were left begging for parking for two days.
The administrative staff must learn to be friendly with people from different ethnicities.

Hotel was great, room was very spacious and clean. Swimming pool is big and since we were there in December, it was well-heated and the water was warm.
I didnt like the breakfast. Food was not tasty and there were just a couple of options to choose from. The quality of beakfast does not match the luxury of the hotel.

Amazing location, next to the main walking area but still away from all the noise, big and clean rooms, friendly staff
the restaurant is too small - there is only one restaurant for a number of hotel buildings on the territory. therefore queues to get a table, coffee, everything. Breakfast too modest for the price of the room

Complex of hotels with luxurious historical architecture and interiors. Big and warm rooms with balconies and splendid views. Good breakfast. Large SPA area. Despite nice uphill location well connected with city center by elevator. Quiet surroundings with nice hiking areas.
A la carte dinner at lounge bar area could be better (it was not bad, just very average).

Location was Excellent, Friendly Staff, Clean room, Nice wellness area
The room had know coffee or Tea facilities and also know room service, so getting a coffee in the morning was not easy. Also at Breakfast the two Coffee machines where not functioning all the time and people where in a que waiting just to get a coffee or Tea, my opinion this must be improved as soon as possible.
