Massage stuff was excellent, rooms was spacious wifi was great, breakfast was good and plentiful,
Make reservation for dinner not being communicated prior, food quality wasnt that good for dinner a la cart, parking fee, pool water too cold!!

Hotel was excellently located away from it all yet close to the centre. Service at the Massage centre was very good and all treatments we had were very good.
Complimentary Water in the room would have been great, considering this is a Spa town with free flowing water available. A lot of the staff at the hotel did not speak English which made it a little difficult at times to get information.

Old-fasion style hotel, with own interesting, aristocratic atmosfear, big rooms.
It seems, that the hotel is in the crises, its good time is far behind it, unfortunately. Hotel menagement is not care about opinions of the guest.
1. As for 4-star hotel it could be the water for drinking in the room. Water pipe in shower was with the big hole and has to be repair.
2. The breakfast is very, VERY poor, many 3-star hotels propose better service. For such prise for staying the breakfast must to be better.
3. Don't forget to make PARKING RESERVATION, it could be a big problem with car parking near the hotel.
4. For the first time I met with such early time of check-out, it is at 10 in the morning.

Its a beautiful hotel, the wellness area very pleasant. Breakfast was ok. The position is alright if you dont mind a longish staircase to get to the very center of Karlovy Vary
The staff is often grumpy and doesnt speak English. Parking was a problem

Very good location, in the green part of the town center. Short walking distance to main street and Kolonades but in quiet place. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere , tasty breakfast and dinner. Very comfortable room with a balony. Big and nearly empty swimming pool. Hotel parking for reasonable price. I would love to stay there again.

Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous building.

It was clean and the staff were very nice
No air con, rooms were very old fashioned, the breakfast wasnt very tasty and the pool and spa area was a very long walkway through multiple corridors. It didnt feel particularly safe or inviting to go to the gym and pool area as a solo traveller due to having to walk through many dark corridors alone. Im a young person but Id imagine the pool and fitness facilities wouldnt be super accessible for older people or people with mobility issues.
