Lovely old building, good breakfast, lots of useful information about the town from hotel owner/ manager
The shower was a bit temperamental and there was a long queue for the single coffee machine. But neither was an important issue for us.

Great stay in a convenient and nice location. The owner, Werner, a very kind and helpful person, welcomed us with a nice cold beer, a bit of history about Karlovy Vary and tips for places to have dinner. Clean, comfortable room. Good location for seeing the town.

Great stay in a convenient and nice location. We stayed one night as a stopover. The owner took great care to make sure we were happy and warmly welcomed us with a nice cold beer, a bit of history about Karlovy Vary and tips for places to have dinner. The parking is on the roof of the hotel and is accessible from an elevated parallel street and he personally guided us there but it was not difficult at all. We arrived much earlier than expected but this also was no problem and he had everything ready for us. The rooms are very clean and there is no noise from outside.
The matress/bed felt a bit old. Not really an issue.

Werner was an excellent host, making us feel at home in his 300 year old hotel. We did not use any facilities, but the room was comfortable and clean. He guided us personally to the parking for our motorcycle on the back side of the hotel.

I booked a room for two and they gave us a spacious triple room with a lovely view of the main promenade. Everything was very clean and tidy. There is a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, cups and plates in the room.
Wifi signal on the third floor is very weak.

This is a classic Inn which has somehow survived a century of changes. A rich experience in itself but also beautifully positioned in the heart of the main area. The owners are charming, and very knowledgeable about Sudetenland history. It is a simple travellers hotel, very affordable and simple.
Be aware that parking and driving need careful pre-booking and reservation.
