Great location. Riverside view. Center of the spa center. The staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast is great as well.
Parking is not easily accessible, and the street is not always open to cars.

The location was great. . Everything was at a walking distance.
Breakfast at the hotel was good. But we didn't know that 100s of people will be there in the morning. We waited for around 20 minutes to get seated.
Everything went bad from the first Interaction. The receptionist was overwhelmed with guests. We waited for a really long time there. She didn't know English so it was difficult for us to understand what she was saying. Maybe she could use google translater like i did when i wanted to ask something. She gave us the key and room number. It's really confusing for someone who visited this place for the first time. We thought we are staying in the same hotel where receptionist was. But our hotel was at somewhere else though close. It wouldn't be easier for anyone to get things Dryer and all once you are in the EA Mozart Hotel because you have to go down cross the street, Go to Atlantic hotel (Where all the hotel operations happen) and ask them.
It was hot that day and even with the Windows open, it was not easy to stay in the room during day time. No Fan, No AC.
Bathroom sink was clogged with i don't know what thing .
The decor of the room looks really old, early 80s. To my surprise it was not a theme based hotel. They didn't change anything since then i believe.

The hotel is in a very good location, the bedding is good.
The hotel needs renovation , the bathroom and toilet are very old. PARKING IS A VERY PROBLEM - there is none nearby (1,5km.), the parking quota of the hotel is small and it is very expensive (20€ -1 Day). The hotel is not at all like the picture, this is to deceive people. THE CURRENT REAL CONDITION OF THE HOTEL DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE PHOTO (Let Booking.com control this).

The hotel is located in the pedestrian area. The location is very beautiful.
The Atlantic hotel is close by, but the setup with breakfast in this hotel is not quite suitable for cold weather.
There is no parking and if you arrive on Friday evening, the bridge is closed, so the detour to the parking place is 12 km by car for 6 mins walk.
The GPS location is terrible ( we used Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps with the same confusing result ) - better setup the EA Hotel Atlantic Palace hotel as your destination.

Shower head was broken and Water was not possible to take show...
Stoff in breakfast room was not polite
I asked a lady to make filter coffee and she became to angry and attached me from behind and when I asked why she is not polite...
Her answer was
I don't speak English
We speak Russian here and hotel manager also is Russia lover....
They was not happy to speak English with me and Manager told me that their guests is mostly Russian....
Behaviour of hotel manager and his staff was unacceptable and terrible
It was wasting of my money to lose in this hotel
Service is zero
I travel often all Europe
I will never come back to this hotel...
They have no idea about customer service

breakfast was excellent but unfortunately it turned out to be in another Atlantic hotel, because in our hotel Mozart there was even no reception and you had to go to another hotel
I do not like a lot of things, such as not a nice lady at the reception, I emphasized in another hotel, as in the hotel there was even no reception, how did you want to arrange something, such as taking a hair dryer, room key, leave your suitcases after checking out, you had to have it arrange at another hotel.
Lack of quality and price level, the attitude towards the guests was very unpleasant, cold and you had to ask for everything.
even more so in the hotel mozart there were no ohrochy or cameras, it was dangerous because from the night at 23:00 someone broke into the room, the reception to no reaction, no respect for guests.
