The location was amazing!
Definitely the breakfast was poor everyday same poorly served products absolutely way too poor for this type of hotel !

Location was spectacular with wonderful views. The decoration of the rooms and the hotel and general were incredible. You get the feeling of how this area felt like over a hundred years ago when Russian aristocracy came to vacation in this region.
Moving around within the hotel was very complicated. We got lost trying to get from our room to the reception. When we came back to the hotel later that night, we also had a hard time trying to get to our room.

Ni ce staff, location, breakfast OK.
IT is actually six different 'hotel' buildings, all separate and in different locations, linked by a networkd of corridors, tunnels, elevators and walk ways. Buildings are some way from each other, and do not resemble the principle location image 'represented' in the advertising.

This hotel is shared with others in its Group. To many people in to small a space. People tripping over each other. Food was a lowest level possible. Selection very Limited. Would not wish on my worest snmy.
No reception, having to walk up a hill to get and eturn key card. This hotel knows you will never come back so they do not care a all. They kimp on everything to make a buck.

we were there due to its wellness and breakfast: it is always on really nice level. for its price its cool place and really good rooms
it isnt the fault of hotel, but there were a lot of guests who didnt use a shower before sauna or pool, who also used water in sauna that was forbidden, also guests put their new born children into the pool.

The location was really great. The Spa and swimming pool were also nice. Although during the reservation I was told that all the park places are already booked, the hotel staff managed to give me a parking place just in front of the hotel which was quiet comfortable.
There was some dirt around the corners of the room and in the toilet. the breakfast was not that great. There were only two coffee machines giving services to the guests of 5 hotels of Bristol group during breakfast. That means the coffee machines were always crowded and half of the time out of milk or coffee.

I go check in and hotel was close we have to walk to Bristol place for check in maybe 100 stairs with suitcase just killed me ,very old bed and room . Dirty pool and cold . Sauna was warm even not hot . Hotel like a labyrinth restaurant in another hotel, pool in another , my room was in another . Breakfast was not bad , I can say only positive thing about it . Unfriendly reception employees which doesnt speak English , yeah you hear me correct reception workers doesnt speak English , she try to talk to me Russian !!!!
