very nice location, friendly staff but May be not enough. Brief Breakfast and Coffee. delicious but not special or Varied.
my small daughter had diarrhea in the evening of our first day stay. which made little anxiety for us . we realized next day the small cream that they put beside instant coffee (she drank it and we didn't recognized )in a room is already expired. more than 4 months ago. nobody didn't check it. but hopefully doesn't continue and she was Ok next day.the parking space is little bit difficult to achieve. you need to wait for reception to bring you there and it takes time or atleast we had this problem because it was just one person there. is not also easy to go and bring your car back! you should do it alone, based on Instruction.

Location wise, easy to walk around Karlovy Vary. Nice room. Front desk staff did very well to communicate.
Paid reserved parking was at a lot up very steep hills a few blocks away, we could not park at the hotel reserved spaces right up front (said our car was too small). Staff came in our car to take us there, then drove us back down in his car. Awkward.

The Embassy Hotel offers a fantastic balance of comfort, convenience, and cost. Located in a prime spot, it made exploring the city effortless. They genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Rooms were clean, well-kept, and quiet. Overall, it’s incredible value for money. Highly recommend!
Only issue that I found is the lift is situated on the first floor so Guests have to lift their luggage till the first floor to get into the elevator.

Hotel is located near the Grandhotel Pupp. Very good location to ride Diana punicula and also to go to the No.1 spring.
Staffs were very kind and breakfast had many choices.
The interior of the apartment can feel a bit outdated.

The hotel had a very nice breakfast room, cozy and with a warm winter holiday atmosphere.
Parking reservation was a big plus. Central location and near the touristic objectives is quite attractive.

The location was perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was lovely and large. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast room was cozy and quaint. Parking was convenient and easy. We also enjoyed our delicious Christmas dinner in the Embassy restaurant.
The breakfast room was cute, but it would have been nice to see more Christmas decorations in there.
Early each morning someone was smoking just below our window, and the smoke would come straight into our room. We were right above the entrance.

Room extra spacious, actually they gave us a family room. Warm, comfortable and very good location. I would come back. The lady receptionist very helpful. Parking just in front of the hotel. Everything perfect.
The french restaurant needs to improve.

One of the best locations, not crowded, but steps from the best sceneries. Friendly, helpful, english speaking staff, clean rooms. Parking direclty in front of the hotel. Fantastic breakfast! Decent restaurant, with local dishes.
More english or german guides / maps would be a nice touch, 90% of these were in russian or czech.
