The place is really beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The decoration was on top, felt like in a movie. The breakfast was the best as well. Nice staff.

The location was amazing. It was very calm and clean. The room had all the facilities that we needed.
The room was a bit different from the photo on Booking. We had some water dripping from the ceiling (please see a photo attached) in our room close to the bed :(

Exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were very easy, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet and was perfect for a short stay. A fan had been provided for us in the room. The hotel was excellent value for money and good location. The staff member we met was very friendly and helpful.

Overall exprerience was unpleasant.
Staff weren`t polite and helpfull at all. They couldn't understand issue and instead of helping me and advising, they argued with me. Need to improve customer service.
