Clean rooms, AC cools very well, location is great - walking distance to main attractions. Beds are comfortable.
There are limited seats for breakfast. Breakfast is served at the hotel across the street. Breakfast menu was very poor, coffee quality can be improved. No kettle or coffee maker in the room

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful and room was spacious and clean.
Shower pressure in our room was very low. But we booked 2 rooms and the other room the pressure was fine.

It was exceptional clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was awesome.Comfortable bright and spacious room with three beds.. Everything was reachable by foot. Near to the hot springs and city center..
The stuff was very friendly but english was not so understandable, communication was not always so good and easy. The breakfast was okay but not so enough choices for vegetarian or people dont eat pork, the fruits were looking old. Coffe was fine and all together it was just weak. At the weekend we were not able to use any of treatmans in our hotel Malta. And we were staying just over the weekend.The receptionist offered us threatments only on sunday in the hotel accros the street..Which didn't match with our preafered threatments...

Very clean hotel, great area but the lady at the desk is a bid unfriendly. She also charged taxes for the room when my reservation said taxes were included. She spoke very little English which made checking in a bit difficult when she was charging us for the parking that we requested and for the taxes we had already paid. It wasnt that much but still irritating.

Right in the center on the main river bank promenade. Clean room, free parking on the street. Nice buffet breakfast although I've only eaten half a dozen pancakes :)

Great location, everything in walking distance. Spacious, clean rooms, with lovely view from one of our rooms. As for the other room see the :-( part. Breakfast was good.
We booked two air-conditioned rooms, but the kids' room had no aircon at all and it was dark as it faced a narrow inner yard. Fortunately the weather was not extremely hot, so we only realized the lack of aircon on the second (last) night of our stay. As we paid checking in, virtually there was no checking out: no-one asked about our stay from the staff, so I had no chance to tell them about this.

the staff were so uncooperative, it's stated that one can reserve a parking for 8 euros per day, after I booked I contacted them to reserve but they said NO we can't guarantee a parking! luckily I found a parking when I arrived, I checked out the next day at 11am , but wanted to leave the care until 1pm , the woman at the front desk told me rudely that I have to remove the car or she will call the police! noting that I had 2 rooms and one car, I paid 5000 Czech Corona for 1 night plus a parking ticket that says 8 euros per day but despite this she refused to let me park 2 more hours after checkout.
The Lobby itself is poor compared to a 4 stars hotel in Prague. the rooms were clean but looks old no plugs beside the bed, small tv no welcome beverages or even water

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the colonnades area. The rooms are big and the furniture is quite new and modern. The cleanliness is at 4* hotel level. Comparing to other locations in Karlovy Vary, here the staff is giving its best to be friendly.
The internet connection is horrible. It drops every few minutes and the speed is laughable.
The check-in has to be made at the Hotel Ruze, across the street, but we had to find out for ourselves, after waiting in the lobby of the hotel for someone to show up. There is indeed a paper where its written to call at a certain phone number in emergency cases, but check-in is not an emergency.
The breakfast could use a little bit more variety especially in what concerns fruits and vegetables, but you wont get out of there feeling hungry.
