The appatrment is in good position but the interior needs renovation .
We had the appartment with 2 rooms in the 6th floor but the second room didn't have any beds. There were only 2 single matresses on the carpet on the floor. he appartment is neglected,most of the utensils and cutlery are missing. Hairdryer is broken.

Great place, didn't expect so big apartment in the city center with so low price.
The interior was a bit oldish but that didn't bother because the price of the stay was so cheap.

The location of the hotel was more than perfect, right in the heart of the city (we could see the colonnades from our window). The staff was really friendly and helpful with various information (eg: we wanted to visit Locket Castle which is situated in a nearby village, approx. 30 minutes by bus and the staff helped us with the timetable of the bus). Breakfast was good, room was big, cozy and really clean. Definitely recommend this hotel for 2,3 days trip in that area.
Everything was perfect, nothing to brag about. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazingly comfortable (4-bed) room on 2 floors (mezzanine) right opposite and looking out at the famous Mill Colonnade. Incredible value for money.
Very friendly and helpful receptionist and very tasty, filling breakfast with a lot of choice.
Will definitely stay there again if I return to Karlovy Vary.
Nothing negative to say at all apart from the fact it rained while we were there !!!

The location of the hotel is very good.
The Wi-Fi doesn't work on the 7th floor. It is a challenge to get to the 7th floor via stairs if you have big luggage.

Parking place in the hotel garage and breakfast were great!
Hotel's room where we stayed was clean but, it was seems to be repaired few years ago. I mean ceiling which made of plasterboard. You can see in the bathroom old chrome on the equipments of the wash-basin. And next is old laquering on the door and door frames, and a bit bad condition of carpet on the floor. Maybe for somebady are small details but it doesn't make good mark for accomodation in the spa zone.

Excellent location, good value for money, breakfast ok
Beds were not comfortable and the third bed was in a mezzanine without much relation to the rest of the apartment Also the apartment was equipped with a sink and fridge, but only a couple of plates and forks and no means for cooking. We had to ask for more plates and something to wash dishes. The kitchen was in fact a cupboard a sink and a fridge, no more. Also the apartment was large but didnt have a real table to eat on. The large space was rather empty. Finally, there is no easy parking solution (we had to park two streets above the apartment, which is quite tough seeing how steep the hill behind the hotel is)

Perfect Location,
Helpful staff
1. Unpleasant odour in the room (Suit, floor 6).
Everything smells like abandoned house.
2. The rooms are super old - wallpapers are getting loose, towels are worn out (edges ripped apart)
3. Free breakfast is super simple

Great location, very big apartment and nice breakfast.
Clean and well equipped.
One of the aircon unit wasn't working, so it was very hot in the room and one of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. Huge dip in the middle.
