Overall it was a pleasant stay but the breakfast could have been a bit more varied and the room could have been a bit cleaner and the bed a bit more comfortable.

The accommodation has a wonderful view of one of the sights in Karlovy Vary: Mlýnská kolonáda. It is located right in the city centre and is easy to reach on foot. Our unofficial highlight was the lift that runs along the inside and outside of the building.
The only drawback was the breakfast. The quality here definitely still has room for improvement.
But all in all, the stay was great.

Great location in the city centre with views on the colonnades. Very good value for money. Free parking options ca. 1km uphill. Charming breakfast room. Adequate breakfast selection.
Rooms seem a little dated and basic. A bit difficult having a shower in the top rooms with a bathtub squeezed just under the roof.

The only thing that I like about this hotel is a location. Right on the centre, all restaurants can reach by foot.
The hotel itself is terrible bad maintenance, the room is very old, creaky and smelly. The curtains can not block the light at night (see the photo below, I took it at night time) we told the hotel staff the lady doesn't understand English only say "will send the housekeeping" very disappointed
I highly not recommend this hotel!

The hotel was in a good location. That was the only redeeming feature.
The hotel didn’t have its own entrance. It was shared with a mini market, an off license and a pizza restaurant. The rooms were extremely old with the curtains torn and hanging off. Stains on the carpet, massive crack in the sink. When we checked in the receptionist asked for money for the keys and wouldn’t explain why. No one on reception from 8pm to 8am. No breakfast. Then the final straw was I got a number of small bites after being in the bed. The list just goes on.

The room was nice and spacious but not really clean, dusty! The Utilities in the kitchen are dirty!!. The hotel location is excellent. Garage car park is super and convenient. Breakfast is up to the expectations.
The breakfast room is very dark. Need more lightings.
