Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, staff spoke English and were very helpful.
The pillows seemed to be very old, not very comfortable. The WiFi didn’t work at all in our room, we had to go to the Dining Hall to be able to work.

First of all there was no parking. I was told by the staff that the hotel website clearly explains how to prebook parking. I was unable to find anything regarding parking on the website.
Secondly, the pillows were very uncomfortable as was the duvet which kept sliding out of sheets.
My room was at the back of the property and the loud humming noise was coming out all night which was very disturbing.
Lastly, the breakfast was the most disappointing breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. It looked nothing like on the hotel website photos. There was some bread, eggs, beans, yogurt, two type of cold meat and a slice of cheese. Also some very backs cereal. Extremely disappointing.

Considering the price, we had a very good experience. The rooms were spacious, the location absolutely perfect and the breakfast more than expected.
Just a tip. If you follow the instructions from the app to Google maps, you will be driven to a narrow street behind the hotel. Then you will have to drive 15 minutes back in order to find the entrance. Therefore do not follow the directions from the app, just enter the name of the hotel directly to Google maps. That's all.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The location is really perfect, a big bedroom with a tiny balcony and a great bathroom. The breakfast had a lot of options.
The receptionist was really helpful even if her English was not so good.
The cleanliness could be a little better.

Location is incredible, on main street with all boutique Stores. I'm thankful for Stuf on reception for all instructions on paper even after my very late arrival.

Chandeliers, decoration, mattress, size of rooms, location, receptionist, breakfast.
Everyone should see Karlovy Vary at least once in a lifetime!
The maintaining is simple cheating, awful job everywhere.
Table clothes have spots, things can be simple, but no way dirty.
In the room lot of parts of chandeliers, even next to bed are missing...I guess you have got a lot of strange souvenir collectors!
Wifi&tv was not working in the room, the IT guy is a liar:)
