Excellent location in the heart of town. The Hotel restaurant had one of the best meals in Karlovy Vary. The hotel masseuse was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. While we were in Europe, we visited 5 countries and stayed in 9 cities (hotels and luxury AirB&Bs). Hotel Romance was the best accommodation. It had an amazing smorgasbord breakfast, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, heated bathroom floors, and a roomy shower with great water pressure. We loved it.

We booked a comfortable room (20m2. )Instead of it ,for the same prize wev got a very narrow room. (12m2)The toilet was1,5m from the bad.When we disapproved it, the leader receptionist was very unpolite and asked extra charge for the cleaning the other ,bigger room. We think about writing it to the Booking
