A very comfortable hotel in perfect location; nice room with a great view; friendly and helpful staff; adequate breakfast; good restaurant with good menu; convenient parking basically next to the hotel; .
It would have been nice to have a tea kettle in the room, though it wasn't necessary

Exceptional location. Clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Especially if price is a deciding factor, then you won't make a mistake going here.
Average breakfast. Rooms are really outdated (25 years), but the price reflects that, so can't complain. The restaurant in front of the hotel looks very cheap and outdated, it wasn't very clean, and the prices were still high. Go eat somewhere else.

The location was really great, right in the centre of town. The reception was very helpful, although I wouldnt say that the hotel speaks English as advertised.
There arent any spa facilities, but apparently there are massages offered, although you cannot arrange these after 4pm, they only have minimal hours. Parking was advertised, but as most places in Karlovy vary, this is incorrect. They only have very few parking spaces and these cannot be booked or guaranteed. There was parking close by, and at least somewhere to temporarily park to unload the car. The rooms are very basic and the bed not so comfortable. But I booked about 10 minutes before arriving so it worked out ok.

The location of the hotel is great and we paid a very fair price for this. Overall a nice place to stay for a couple of nights.
The room where breakfast and dinner is served is right next to the main entry and this makes for unpleasant smell in the lobby. The smell was also noticeable on the floor where our room was situated. Nonetheless, the breakfast buffet was quite alright and the presence of a gluten-free option was a big plus for me.
