- Location: The location of the hotel is excellent! The main attractions are just a short walk away and there are restaurants, stores and cafes all around. Very convenient!
- Staff: The staff is excellent! We were pleasantly greeted and helped with any questions we had.
- Wellness area (pool, sauna): We were pleasantly surprised by the Wellness area. The water in the pool is very warm (almost 30 degrees), Finnish sauna is small but comfortable. There is an area with sun beds in front of the balcony with a picturesque view of the main street of the city.
- Cleanliness: The room and Wellness area were well cleaned. The bed was neatly made, both pillows and mattress have covers, which is great for hygiene!
- Disposable slippers, towels, bathroom amenities and bathrobes were prepared.
- Condition of the room: Unfortunately, the room needs a little cosmetic repair - there are scuffs on the walls, the floor is covered with stains, the shower head was broken and made washing in the shower uncomfortable.
- The condition of some textiles: Its worth checking towels and bathrobes - some of them have holes or are heavily used.

The hotel is in central location, close to everything. The interior of the hotel is clean and very nice. The receptionist Radka was very helpful with handling our complaints.
The hotel room had a broken sofa bed. There are no towels, sheets in spas and only one sauna is working. Pool could have been warmer.
There is no parking as the area is very central, however there is a parking house nearby. Tiny but of upgrade wouldnt hurt the hotel.

Wonderful
Our stay was really nice. We came for my partner's birthday weekend and we had a great time. The champagne and flowers I requested were left in the room and the reception staff, especially Radka was extremely helpful and informative about the hotel and the city itself.
If breakfast had a couple more options, but that's the only thing :)

My husband and I flew down to Karlovy Vary, Czechia from Miami, Florida and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent accommodation and the high standard quality service of Olympia Spa & Wellness hotel! Rooms are bright, clean and specious. The hotel is located right in the heart of the town and with an excellent view. There is a swimming pool at the top floor of the hotel with sauna and spa. I would like to point out an excellent service, high professionalism of the front desk manager Martin. He is an exceptional person - very caring and helping in any possible way. Thank you Martin! The general director of the hotel Olga manages the hotel in an outstanding and professional way. The hotel in general is very clean and very nicely kept. The staff is very polite and responsive to guests' needs. The hotel has an outstanding breakfast, with big choice of hot food, cheese, salami, fruits and cakes. Every room has bathrobes and sleepers. Plenty of space to store your clothes & suitcases. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for the excellent time in Karlovy Vary!

Great place, right in the center. Very helpful staff. Great spa. Spacious and tastefully furnished rooms.
Poor sound insulation in the rooms. Very bad breakfast. 10 is definitely not worth it

Location is very good.
There is no minibar in the room. They dont sell anything at the reception such a bottle of water or some small snack. Breakfast was REALLY poor. No sweet bar. Restaurant for lunch or dinner is not working
Cleaning lady did not cleaned our room even we asked for it plus we show that we would like to have 2 more pillows. when we came back to the room pillows were in the middle of the bed and nothing was cleaned.
