Wonderful
Great and short access from highway by car, but a bit away from the city center, if you want to go by foot. There is a bus stop of the line 5 nearby, however. Very nice receptionist, who told us nearly everything we wanted to know even before we have asked, knowing well what an average guest will need. Room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Parking is in the private area behind a gate, which is not very common in Karlovy Vary.
There is no lift in the facility. Not really a problem, if you are aware right when you are booking. If you want to go to the city, you may want to take the bus, or prepare for a longer walk. Again no problem, if you know when booking and/or if you enjoy walking.

Hot water runs out quickly. A bit far from the center. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly.

Very cozy and clean premises, affordable prices, private free parking, friendly staff and good breakfast. Also pet friendly. The room has a kitchenette and all necessary utensils for cooking.

Nice place with private parking. Helpfull host. Room was equiped with everything what was needed.

The room was comfortable, with a small kitchenette. The lady on the reception was very nice and helped with everything. There is a free parking in the yard.

The hostess was very friendly, the garage was one of the biggest reasons we chose this accommodation and it was really convenient, directly at the building and easy to access. The breakfast, though paid separately, was very generous and exceeded our expectatives.
The location is actually not only far from the city center (which we already knew before booking) but there's nothing around to go out to eat of buy some groceries or anything unfortunately.
