Very Good
It was the CLEANEST place I have been. Seriously, they take cleanliness to another level. Is cute little pension where the owner welcome you, and they also offer a breakfast that is again very well taken care. We appreciated the attention to the detail.
Just the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but for the price is ok.

Very well located for visiting the city. Beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Veronica is a lovely, friendly host who gave us lots of really helpful information for our short visit. Private, secure parking available on the property (uncovered) which was a real bonus as we travelled by motorcycle and came at no extra cost.
Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again! Thank you.

Family run hotel, bright and clean room, private parking, quiet although just a 5min walk to the Kolonada. A couple of good restaurants further down the street. Good breakfast.

Room was very clean, spacious with balcony. Staff was helpful and considerate. There was private parking place right behind the property.
Property was good, no complains. But for family with kids, walking to the city center and back may not be a good idea but there is a bus stop right in front of the property which could be used.

The welcome here was as good as any I have experienced in over 55 years of travel. The entire property was immaculate. It was as if we were the first occupants of the room. Breakfast was amazing in terms of quantity and quality. Car parking was easy. Access to the town centre simple and well described by our hosts. The location is above the spa but a very frequent bus route no 2 is available for anyone who might find the hill a little much. The owners suggested a Czech restaurant nearby which was wonderful value, the Italian along the road less so. If I return to Karlovy Vary I hope I am lucky enough to find a room available here.
