It was a perfect stay with an amazing SPA in a really beautiful little city. The room on almost the top floor had a great view, was big and comfortable and everything was very clean. The buffet breakfast was amazing. You really get everything you may wish for. But the best thing is of course the 3h SPA per night that is included with the stay. You have an amazing SPA center and an amazing view from there over the city. The saunas are wonderful and the big pool is fantastic during the day and even illuminated after dark. We would definitely come back and can only recommend a stay.
Nothing, everything was perfect. We can just recommend staying here.

The facilities are quite old, some things are broken, but overall you're there just for the spa so it's passable Loud parties until quite late

Free access to the outdoor pool (which otherwise costs a fortune). Everything is nicely renovated and shining like new (except the elevator to the outdoor pool, but that's tolerable). Chicken in tomato sauce for breakfast (and many other meals, of course, but this was the best).
The gym was a disappointment. It's VERY basic and small. Also, it's cold there (19C), which, as they told me, is necessary for the air circulation in the basement.

the double bed wasnt a double bed rather two single beds combined therefore a gap in between. house keeping staff wasnt available after evening.

Perfect location, close to the colonnades, shopping area and bus station. The hotel offers outdoor and indoor swimming pools (often crowded) and spa facilities. Big clean rooms with balcony. Copious breakfast buffet.
The mattresses are too hard, not comfortable. Unsecured internet access. Too few elevators for such a big hotel.
The restaurant staff: one day we arrived a little late for lunch (lunch hours 12:00 to 14:00) and we started eating at 13:45; at 14:00, the staff removed all food and water from the buffet and at 14:10 they asked us to leave (not even taking into account that the people I travelled with were more than 75 years old). This very disagreeable experience completely ruined the otherwise good opinion I had of this hotel.

Very Good
Very good breakfast and perfect wellness (thermal pool on the roof including saunas + hotel pool). Equipment and rooms are not new, but we had lower category rooms, so it was expected.
