Good food (breakfast and dinner). Atrium bar - very relaxing atmosphere with great service. Very helpful staff. Easy to get into town by walk (downhill) or bus (uphill). The town is very beautiful indeed and expensive - this hotel is really good value for money.
I can't really think of anything significant. The 1950s architecture may not be to everyone's taste but I thought it was fine.

Many thanks to the reception staff who are friendly and answer any questions. Attentive staff in the dining room, very tasty and varied, wonderful service, and a nice spa. Great view and location, warm apartment, friendly staff in the restaurant and lobby bar.
Parking was full and I have to park on another one and pay additional (it was not mentioned in the offer). Bathroom was not cleaned well. The Balneo complex is a bit old, needs renovation.

Bus stop right outside, bar & restaurant on site, robes & slippers provided for the spa, breakfast was nice
Shower didnt drain well and the door doesnt completely cover the shower so water got all over the floor; hotel was up on a hill outside of town center so wasnt the most convenient to go in/out of town. I felt like it was more convenient to just stay at hotel

The spa area and the food for breakfast and dinner were amazing. The bar with live music on Friday and Saturday is a great idea. Also the staff was very friendly.
The mattress wasn't comfortable.

It's surrounded by trees and quiet.
SPA was not crowded. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great.
Double size bed was actually two joined beds.
Poor sound insulation, we could hear someone snoring from the next room.
It would be good if halways are not that cold, since it takes 5 minutes to get to tha SPA. And SPA could be cleaner, especially the space between two saunas.

Nice stay in a beautiful town. An easy 10 minute walk to the old town, which is pleasant along the river in fine weather. Spa access complimentary for children.
The hotel was a little more tired than I expected and the spa facilities limited. No gym was disappointing.

We only liked the nature around.
This is definitely not worth the price. Breakfast was so generic and poor. Room was so small and Soviet union style. It's too expensive for what you get.
