We enjoyed our stay a lot, excellent location, we had really beautiful room, the breakfast was very good. Overall everything was amazing, highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable room with a fabulous view over the town of Marianske Lazne. Very good breakfast. Anvar, on reception, could not have been more helpful.
The bed was too soft for my liking. Could do with a kettle in the room but this seems to be common in Europe

Meals were very good for omivores. My vegetarian daughter did not have the best options; however, there were potatoes and pasta with dinner alongside the salad bar. Location is superb and dining room is very charming.
The spa area is not really much of a spa area. The pool was smaller than my carport and old. There is no sauna or whirlpool. When I asked whether I could book a massage weeks before my stay, I was told to book it upon arrival. Once I arrived, there were no possibilities for bookings left. This was disappointing. However, my daughter and I found a wonderful Thai massage close to the O2 in Marienbad, a 20 minute walk away, for 1/2 the price.

Disappointing
Great location. Spacious room, balcony.
Welness is not part of the price like in many other hotels in the area, no sauna or relaxing zone, only very small pool. Filthy room, disgusting housekeeping routines. First room was intolerable, carpet looked like dog rug, stinky, stained, dust and hair. Dislocated floor lists, stains on the window. We asked for vacuuming our next room after it hasn't been done once eventhough we had the cleaning sign on everyday. The housekeeper came, moped the bathroom and then MOPED THE FULLY CARPETED ROOM WITH THE SAME DIRTY CLOTH and left. No vacuuming just leaving the floor with wet blobs of dirt, hair and dust. Bathroom never cleaned properly, just smeared around never reaching the corners, layers of dust on the bedside lamps shades. Ventilation in the bathroom not working. Obvious general lack of maintenance, worn out feeling, broken toilet seat, torn carpets, stains on the walls etc. Housekeeping utensils (bucket with mop and dirty water, dirty laundry bin) being kept standing in the hallways for most of the time.
